There are three sources I still can't identify: one is the very dark scene that shows up in mostly the top left starting at 0:14, the panning camera shot that ends on a red tree painted onto a wall(?), and a "meow" from a source with two people standing on a backdrop, with one wearing a ghostbusters tee (I think this might be redlettermedia but can't find it after some searching).

I think "Horie Kazuma" should be separated from "Airmoto" and "Ishikawa (Airmoto)" because Horie denies appearing in Soka Gakkai's promotional material.
