I can confirm that the Twitter account under the @1YK4CEsbDm5486 belonged to Boo. They then reuploaded the video on Niconico with the text "It disappeared so I reuploaded it". Despite the somewhat misleading phrasing, that reupload was also by Boo.

1. Fresh Man: The title is way too general to be used for any meaningful search on its own, nor do my archives have any records of a video by this name. The following search result does imply that a work of that name had been made by MexicanSunflower at some point, but it doesn't provide anything for comparison: https://sonichits.com/artist/MexicanSunflower
