These two tags, meme cats and nekomeme, seem to be the same to me and should be merged. However, I am hesitant to merge the two as I am not familiar with either source. They could be separate sources with some overlap. Could anyone resolve this issue or provide insight?

Moreover, meme cats has a child tag "chipi chipi chapa chapa" and nekomeme has "chipi chipi chapa chapa (meme)" which probably should be merged and/or made as a child tag of the original song Dubidubidu.
