音mad作者 as General and not Source

音mad作者 itself isn't a source as it seems to be more of a descriptor of what the videos contain. Because of this, the General category is more suited for this.

If I'm not mistaken, this tag is for videos that use otoMAD authors as the source; therefore, it would theoretically be a source tag. However, since you can mark creators as a source on a work, this tag serves no purpose and should probably be deprecated. I will wait for further clarification before doing so, in case I am incorrect about it's use.
