Can't register sm23333370 as an upload

I found out that the same video as w22425 is also on Niconico, so I tried to register it, but I got the message, “Bad request, is the URL correct?”

Fixed now! I went ahead and added the upload too. If it shouldn't be marked as a reupload let me know and I can correct it as well.

By the way, I think this niconico video uploaded by the creator.
There are some videos posted on both YouTube and Niconico that have matching upload dates (though in the case of w22425, it seems the video was once removed from Niconico for some reason, so the upload date is different).
