Unable to edit Sword Search's tag page

For some reason, I cannot edit this tag at all: https://otodb.net/tag/sword_search_links_awakening
Hitting "Submit" seems to do nothing and none of the changes are reflected.

This was noticed by qiwiwi 8 weeks ago and I am running into the same problems they are having. I'm not sure what is causing it.

I believe this is a bug with long tag names, which as of now the cause is not known, but is being tracked here currently: https://github.com/otoDB/otoDB/issues/956
