Regarding r210671 and the PSA tag

I see that my changes were effectively reverted and I think I should explain why I made the change in the first place.
The term "PSA" in English-speaking regions is a common acronym for public service announcements, and the game PSA by SERIALSOFT is not well known in these regions. I think it would be confusing for English-speaking users to see this tag refer to a video game and not a generic piece of media like commercials. To make it clear, I created the PSA (video game) tag.
Moreover, public service announcements have been sampled before, like the Fighting Words PSA (strong language warning). For this reason, I think it would be better to have "PSA" refer to these type of announcements instead of the video game.
I would like to hear your rationale for giving the game the "PSA" tag as I am not familiar with how people perceive the term outside of English-speaking regions.
