Even if the work is approved, the upload remains in a pending state

I'm not sure if it is intentional, but when I try to unbind the upload to resolve https://otodb.net/post/68, it says "Cannot unbind pending source".

This was done intentionally, although the user experience here can be improved. In this scenario for now the solution is to first approve the source in the mod queue, and then it can be unbinded as usual. https://otodb.net/moderation?tab=sources
