Shayan is the cousin of Arian, a former Miiverse hacker & the founder of the Miiverse clone known as "Closedverse". Shayan & Arian created multiple skit videos together in 2016, the most famous of which being one where he accuses Arian of being addicted to porn, which became a meme on Closedverse.
