Robert F. "Toby" "FwugRadiation" Fox is a game developer and song writer born October 11th, 1991. He is most famous for creating the games UNDERTALE and DELTARUNE and their respective OSTs. He also created some of the soundtrack for the web comic Homestuck, in addition to voicing the main character, John Egbert.

As a source, Toby is most known for his appearance in the video Steps of the Waltz (Day 1599 - 4/11/14), which becacome a popular source in 2022 due to its use in the video Tobias McZorro by Becky. Because of the video, Toby is often used alongside the song No More Nuzzles.
