Rhythm Tengoku is a game for the Game Boy Advance released by Nintendo on August 3, 2006. As the first title in the series, players would use the D-Pad and the A and B buttons to play rhythmic minigames in time with the music.

It wasn't released outside of Japan, and since the sequel for the DS (Rhythm Tengoku Gold) was localized as just "Rhythm Heaven" on its own in North America (and "Rhythm Paradise" in Europe), this often causes confusion. The English-speaking community typically calls the original GBA game "Rhythm Tengoku" and the DS sequel "Rhythm Heaven" to differentiate between the two.
"Rhythm Heaven Silver" is the name of a popular fan-made English translation patch for the game.
