Rayquaza is a nickname given to Hoshino Miyako from Wataten!: An Angel Flew Down to Me during the scene in the first episode when Himesaka Noa finds her White Lily cosplay and she lets out a monstrous scream. The nickname comes from the Pokémon of the same name. While her cry does not sound much like Rayquaza's, it's force is reminiscent of the Pokémon in power. It is said that her scream has such magnitude, it seems capable of splitting the sky and triggering a Mega Evolution.
