Ability to cancel a work submission while it's still Unbound

When adding a work, I sometimes mislabel the origin as author or reupload. As far as I know, Members cannot correct this due to permission restrictions, as this appears to require Editor or Moderator privileges. It would be great if we could cancel a submission in order to fix this.
