Unable to add YouTube upload for w18680

I cannot add the YouTube upload of this work for some reason. Every time I try to do so, it says "Bad request. Is the URL correct?" even though the URL is correct. I am not sure what is causing the issue, hence the vague title.

I don't know which country the crawler is from, but if the content is blocked, it seems to behave the same way as a unavailable video.
v=tJs8Og3qAI0 is blocked in Japan.

t106.2: You could be right. The video itself is blocked everywhere except for the United States of America.

It's fetched from a Japan IP currently so that explains it, yeah. I would think that the video being blocked only affects streaming and not fetching metadata, but we'll have to look into how to best resolve this.
