Does "Marble Soda" count as a work?

@Approximus flagged this work (w8411), but since the reason “Not a work” wasn’t clear enough, I approved it for now.
I suspect the main reason is a combination of the following factors

• The creator (Shawn Wasabi) does not belong to the so-called OTOMAD/YTPMV community.
  • If the creator were someone who usually makes OTOMADs, I think this would have been called an OTOMAD
• original song
• the source is music
  • If they had sampled an anime, I’m sure this would have definitely been called an OTOMAD
• performance

Personally, I think it would be better to register it in otoDB so it can be referenced as a case study.
However, since I can understand why it was flagged (and it wouldn't be good to just silently approve it), so I started this thread.
I'd like to hear what others think as well.

主な理由は以下の組み合わせであると予想しています

• 作者(Shawn Wasabi)がいわゆる音MAD/YTPMV界隈に所属していない
  • もし作者が普段音MADを作っている人物であれば、これは音MADと呼ばれていたと思います
• 自作曲である
• 曲が素材シリーズである
  • アニメをサンプリングしていたら、これは確実に音MADと呼ばれていたと思います
• 演奏である

個人的には、otoDBに登録しておいて、事例として参照可能な状態にした方が望ましいという気持ちがあります
しかし、Flagした理由も分からなくはないので（黙ってApproveするだけなのも良くはないので）スレッドを立てました
他の方の意見も聞きたいです
