When reading a Bilibili video, the attempt fails due to multi-part segmentation

I tested two different videos:

https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1jsMy6VExG?p=1
https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1vK4y1p7F5?p=1

In both cases, the result showed a placeholder video indicating that the original video had been deleted. I suspect that, for some reason, Bilibili's multi-part videos cannot be read properly.
