cover focused work

After some deliberation, I have decided it best to rename this tag to "cover focused work."

I felt the old name "song recomposed by source" was overly clunky, and didn't properly explain the tag's meaning to those who weren't already familiar with what it was trying to say. I think the new name is a lot more clear, which should hopefully encourage it to be added to appropriate works more.
