How to add additional video embeds (while editing or submitting)?

Hello, I was submitting this work here: https://otodb.net/work/16677 , it has a Youtube link and I only added the NicoNico link, but I'm not finding the way to add the YT one while editing. How do I do it? Because I don't know if I'm missing any kind of button or section.

New sources aren't added from the edit tab.
There should be an "Add upload" button in the upload section of the main work tab for logged users.
