この作品を登録した @51873032 さん以外の方にも聞きたいのですが、kaienが「ハードガチ♂ホモパラダイス」（w19312）を投稿したという記録はありますか？
唯一登録されているYouTubeのURLは転載ではなく公式アップロードとされていますが、このYouTubeアカウントがkaienによるものということでしょうか？それとも単に設定のし忘れでしょうか？
色々検索してみても、それらしいものがヒットしなくて困っています

Many years ago, I read on kaien's twitter account posts about him mentioning his YouTube uploads. I can't find those tweets anymore since they were either deleted or twitter's search system doesn't work very well anymore. It is also worth noting that the YouTube user also uploaded another one of kaien's videos on the same day it was posted to Nico Nico Douga.

Additionally, if you look at the description of the Nico Nico Douga upload of ハードガチ♂ホモパラダイス, they mention the YouTube upload.

I checked into this a bit too and it looks like there was another YouTube channel under this user as well. At some point I had recorded a YouTube upload of スーパーDEEP♂DARK♂FANTASYデラックス, which had been uploaded on Niconico around the same time as well. Also, while my database had recorded the channel as Takuya too, at some point after they had changed its name to kaien which pretty much confirms that this is the same user. Though unfortunately, while the channel is still up, this user has since privated/deleted whatever OtoMADs they had here.
