HD ver of a vid i uploaded to my alt because i figured out how to make reaper not fudge the quality.
First, make sure you have the zoom preset applied. Then switch the "filter" switch from 0 to 1. Apply this preset to every track that has video. After that, go to File ➝ Project Settings ➝ Video and uncheck the box that says "Use high quality filtering when resizing" (Leaving it checked will cause unwanted pixelization on certain frames)
